All fitness levels are welcome; every station has variations to make them easier or harder as required. You only need to compete against yourself, no one else.
Each fitness class is based on functional training or HIIT exercises. Each exercise being performed for a set number of reps or for time. Everyone can work at their own pace but by working in pairs or small groups helps everyone to find motivation to perform to the best of their ability. This ensures everyone will leave the fitness class feeling energised and confident they are improving their fitness level.
